RESORT ROOM TARIFF On the banks of  enchanting Vembanad lake, the emerald backwaters of Kerala, formed by the confluence of the Pampa and Meenachil Rivers, you have a choice of 50 double-bedded centrally air-conditioned traditional cottages consisting of Heritage Canal View Villa, Heritage Lake View Villa, Meandering Pool Villa, Meandering Pool Duplex Villa, Presidential Suites with Private Pools, doting the 25 acres of greenery. Each cottage, painstakingly restored and relocated from ‘Illums' (homesteads of yore), immerse you in the splendour and grandeur of Kerala's magnificent history.  Traditional cottages blending old-world charm with befitting modern amenities. The intricately carved wooden walls and the roof within the cottage are of hand polished wooden panels.  The Resort has been classified under the Heritage category. This status, awarded separately from the 'Star' categorization generally given to hotels and resorts, requires at least 40% of the materials used in construction to be more than 200 years old.
