Set amidst the lush tropical greenery of Bolgatty island off Kochi, this 17th century Dutch heritage-turned British Residency turned hotel offers world class facilities.

The Palace was built by the Dutch in the year AD 1744. It was used to be the seat of the British Resident, but is now used as a Tourist Bungalow by the Kerala Tourism Development Corporation. The Bungalow is two storied and contains well decorated bed chambers, a huge lounge wherein historical portraits are displayed. 

At the newly renovated Bolgatty Palace, you can choose to stay in the 4 palace suites, the 16 well-appointed rooms or the 6 waterfront cottages. The resort is equipped with modern facilities like mini-bars, satellite television, in house movies, safe deposit locker etc., to enjoy four star holiday facilities.

There are several vantage points for lovely views of the harbour and the sea. One of the attractions is the mini golf course in the palace grounds.
